Destination : Use: recommended for direct use without a base coat on all dry undamaged surfaces, such as plaster and plaster derivatives, cement, concrete, mortar, whitewash, old paint, even if slightly powdery, gel white paint and distemper, surfaces soiled by soot, nicotine or dried water stains.
